This is a simple dish that takes minutes to prepare and seconds to eat. Great for an after work supper.
1 pack of pre-rolled puff pastry
1 jar of pesto
250g goats cheese
handful of cherry tomatoes’ sliced
handful of torn basil leaves.
1 tbl spoon of olive oil
1 tbl spoon of balsamic glaze
Place the pre-rolled pastry on a baking tray and spoon half the jar of pesto all over. Leave around a 1cm gap between the pesto and the edge.
Slice the goats cheese and layee aon top of the pesto. Do the same with the tomatoes. Lastly scatter the torn basil leaves over the top and drizzle a little olive oil all over.
Place the tart in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for twelve minutes.
Remove the tart from the oven and drizzle over the balsamic glaze
